Are you trying to tell us that we need new nuts?
Sometimes yes, sometimes no. If it's a stretch bolt situation I will and crush washers always get replaced but many other applications a bit of loctite is an appropriate solution. I've been rolling with this MO for a few decades now and haven't had anything (terribly) important fall off my vehicles.
