It started as the light squeal and was that way for a month or so.
I was planning on taking it in for oil change and service and figured I could wait it out.
Then it stopped making noise only had one more week to wait.
Then is started to squeal like an stuck pig. OK couple more days.
Then it went BOOM and the car filled with smoke.
All in all about two months from first noise to total melt down.
I now strongly advise anybody with the light squeal to just get it done.
