His killer suffered minor injuries. They're old, also lawyers get paid well to make sure they aren't going to jail and get a slap on the wrist. Probably sprinkle in some "he was going 48mph in a 45mph zone" or whatever gets those people off normally.

Masks are not really good at preventing inhalation/ingestion of aerosolized "stuff." We can catch it through our eyes. Masked or not, one of you walked through a cloud of it, most likely in an enclosed space with stagnant air. After that, game over for the whole household.

Funny but true:
Can't remember the last time I seen anybody wearing one of those in public let alone a doctor/politician of any sort up on TV in front of millions of viewers.
