It won't be exactly a tree house... but I am certainly going work with the land and have a lot of outdoor spaces, deck, patio, greenhouse, gazebo, walking bridge, shed, firepit, wood drying rack, some (maybe all eventually) things of that nature. I'll probably plant more trees than I takedown though. (with the exception of where the house sits) Still have to sell my rental property, get a construction loan, talk to a builder... and my tennant is under contract until April. So it's going a process. Might go for a hike a dream a bit though next weekend with my Fiancée and the rents.
