Some years ago London ( I think it was London, let's say somewhere in populated England) was hit by a ferocious deluge. The media and politicians were screaming at the weather bureau for not giving adequate warning. The weather bureaus tried to explain sensitive dependence on initial conditions and regardless of computing power couldn't forecast all weather events. This is the reason for not being able to give accurate 2 week weather forecasts.
This is the "non consensus by scientists" regarding climate change. That is, there are many models and the models don't all give the same predictions.
