I get out next month and I might reconsider joining, but this time with the A.F National Guard, I just gotta convince myself and the wife about doing it.



Do I 100% regret it, no. I had a good mentor, and a great team. Learned how to lead others and work as a team. But man, the green weenie is a real thing.

They mentioned in passing about doing the same thing I did before (infantry) to which I said hell no. So once I can get med clearance, I'm going to see what I can do as an officer and see if there's options with my particular set of skills the Army can use. If not, then I'll finish grad school. If so, nice, easy money!
