I am also in need of the D78 connector. How do I find out what the pins are used specifically for on that connector on a Toyota 86? I looked on multiple wiring diagrams and on the repair manual and all I can get is the connector number which is D78 and the pins numbered from 1-14. Reason being is that I'm doing a 2017 steering wheel/clockspring conversion so I can get steering wheel controls. My 2013 uses an equivalent D51 12 pin connector vs the D78 14 pin connector on the 2017+ that plugs in from the dash harness to the clockspring. Both connectors do the same thing but the 14 pin uses extra pins for the steering wheel controls.
