Now that would be a step in the direction of his repaying his debt to society. But it still wouldn't come close to being fair punishment for denying hundreds of people their vaccine - and as a result potentially condemning some of them to death.
I'm just staggered with disbelief at how heinous some people can be. Horrendous atrocities have been committed by people, but this act of sheer stupidity and evil was completely pointless. What possible 'benefit' did the person get from this, other than to condemn other people to illness and death?
