What's your source that states Toyota wants to unveil it in Japan, other than the rumors that they were supposed to reveal the 86 at the TAS? Subaru didn't have any issue revealing the BRZ in California. I really think that they don't want to sabotage Supra sales for those that really want a Toyota and don't want to/can't wait for the 86.
