For street driving (which I rarely do on my 86 now), I currently use StopTech Sports 309 pads (yes there is a pad shape matches AP racing calipers) and they are almost silent on street. Front (for CP8350 caliper): 309.80210 (which is usually under $60)
Rear (for non-brembo 86): 309.11240
I do have to remove the shim came from front brake pads to make them fit but still they are almost silent on street. Hope this info helps you.

The shims you can cut down the middle and place at the edge so the piston makes full contact with the shim. I did this with my carbotech 1521s. Because of the adhesive on the back the shims won't fall off
