AVO is our go to for a bottom mounted turbo and Tuning developments do a top mounted one. Drive in, drive out for 4750 £

Also, the cost of "making it run" for the street and the cost of "making it run like an OEM setup" are two very, very different things. The supercharger setups are universally much closer to an OEM grade setup than any turbo kit on the market for the FA20.
