Funny thing is, I was working in Korea a few years ago and would pass the Hankook factory everyday on the way to work.
Most tires will have a warranty, if you bought them new I would check with who you bought them from/through. But anyway, tires are clearly no good, replace them! I lived with my Michelins for too long after they'd gone BAD (still had half tread depth) and had an "incident" Not worth it!
