Yup. I’m one of those older people you’re referring to. My first foray into small Japanese handlers was an MR2 Spyder. Crazy fun car. Then I went on to buy a couple of S2000s and my ‘17 BRZ. ALL great fun cars. So much so that none have ever left the family stable. For me, automatics just dont have a place in these type cars.
