I’m sure it will change even if there was a poll, and a poll here is likely not representative. Many people might pass on the initial batch, but might take it later when the rest of the world isn’t turning into zombies or developing cancer or dying. Also, the adoption rate will be much higher with people who have the worst preexisting conditions and the oldest.
There are other vaccines going through approval as well—many. Some of them uses inactivated or weakened viruses and others use viruses from other animals that would not normally cause illness. Regardless, these viruses deliver the spike protein, have the spike protein or code for the spike protein to cause an immune response. Several are much more stable at manageable temperatures.
