That quote isnt in the agreement its on the ebrochure and its true they do reserve the right to change what ever they like however if it involves people who hace already signled on pre apare deletion they then void said contract and may open themselves open for legal troubles such as misleading conduct. They are legally in the right if you havent signed or put a deposit down if you have however you will find that they are.
