Mine is a 2003 AP1 with about 68k miles on it. Everything on it is bone-stock (the only thing I changed was the timing chain tensioner).
I notice that the suspension makes this "squeaking" noise when going over uneven pavement/bumps - it doesn't clunk (a noise I've had on cars in the past with worn-out suspension or mounts), and stays decently-planted (though I should get an alignment, as I haven't done one since I bought the car in 2017) - not sure if this is just normal noise for the car (convertible and all) or if its time for a suspension refresh?
at those miles, yes.

Also check all the bushings as mentioned above.
