Do I need a new tune after replacing engine?

I spun a bearing and replaced my 2013 motor with a low mileage motor from a 2016 brz that was wrecked.

I was at 100k miles on the blown motor and the newer motor has around 30k miles.

The car is turbo'd.

Will I need to get a new tune once I get everything reinstalled? Will I need to change anything else such as the engine code for the tune?

Also, I am considering/planning switching from a crawford AOS to a dual VTA catch can set up. Will this affect the tune in any way?

Thanks for the help!
