Try to get as much in writing as you can since they are not big on hearing "they said..." so emails are good.

That is good advice, I did keep the last email conversation and will request a copy of the service history next time. I mean customer service has been good so far, I'm sure we will be able to come to a friendly resolution. They are just attempting to "replicate" the issue but so far haven't. Of course.
