Posting for anybody who is interested in doing this.

I got the JDM fog light assembly for $25. There’s two 10mm bolts you have to unscrew (on each side) and the whole assembly pops out.

You don’t have to remove the bumper either or wheels. I did it through the fender. Took me about 30 minutes to install.

Attached are before / after pictures.
