Had the seat ever been removed prior to the onset of the clicking sound? If not, I would look above the rails because those screws are in there super tight.
Can the sound be reproduced by pulling or twisting the seat base? How about the seat back? A similar toothed locking mechanism holds the angle of the seat back at both hinges. If I'm not careful to wait until the adjustment lever has fully sunken into the locked position before I lean into the seat back, only one side of the mechanism engages.

It seems most of the sound happens when I rest my back on the back rest mainly. But noise still happens on the base of the seat. It’s coming form everywhere! I’ll take it out later and give it a good inspection
