Doesn't mean your engine is seized, it obviously turns, but chances that it's very hurt are high. Get a bore scope down those plug holes. At least take the plugs out, if it doesn't crank easy at that point then consider that engine done.
We got it to bump start and it’s running fine no knocking or coolant spraying but still won’t stay alive on its own after it stops moving
