Phoenix valley drivers are indeed quite speedy, only 2nd to LA drivers I think, and from my personal experience being a seasoned speeder, it doesn't seem like the highway patrol really care about outright speed
people driving above 90 on the i-10 be quite common..but I've seen plenty of drivers who are weaving in and out of traffic get pulled over instantly..
