Even if you drive the speed limit all the time just cornering and braking will screw you. One of the guys I worked with a few years ago was part of a study by his ins. company and after 30 days with the dongle they dropped him. He only had 3 minor speeding infractions but a few days of driving in NYC with hard braking and tight corners put him over the companies self imposed limits. He actually had to park his car for a few weeks before he was able to get new insurance and it had to be "high risk" because his original co. listed why they dropped him so his rates went up 800% and took 4 years to come back down to only being 200% higher than they were before the study.
