Did you make sure to get the pump discharge properly seated using the O-ring(s) provided? I know the Deatchwerks pump included three O-rings in the kit along with some Superlube to lube the O-rings up with prior to inserting the new pump into the pump housing, but I actually used just one of them with the OEM spacer. If your pump discharge is not properly inserted into the housing you'll never build up the proper pressure you need.
Also, did you prime the fuel lines by turning the key (or press the button without trying to start the engine) on and off several times to eliminate any air in the lines?
Final question: Do you have enough fuel in your tank?

So I took it apart and I placed the AEM fuel filter which is longer than the stock one so when the springs from the case compress as you put it in the tank they push the pump down and im thinking that pressure thats applied its making the filter go all the way down to the point where there's no gap between the filter so the fuel cant get in but idk
