Yea, at the very least you'll want flex fuel for F/I e85 (for safety) and injectors. If you don't want to jump to a high boost pulley that alone should allow you to tune for the higher whp, and also for 91/93. Once tuned the F/F sensor will compensate for mixtures of any amount of 91/93 to e85.
Theoretically you can get away without the sensor but for F/I I wouldn't risk it since e85 values can vary wildly from pump to pump even. At the higher stress levels of F/I you really want the sensor to be sure its getting the appropriate amount of timing and whatnot.
