There are loads of things that can be done to the NA engine but none will add up to much more than a header and a tune.
Some will even counter the gains made by others.
The gains made from modes are not just simply adding the claimed rate from one to the next item in a linier manner. It all has to work as a package so adding random bits and pieces is just pouring money don the drain unless you happen to accidently hit the right combination.
The thing is that these cars are already pretty much designed for performance so changing bits out won't give you the same sort of improvement you would get from changing the same part on a Civic LX or a 2001 Neon sedan.
