So I am hypothesizing that you have not had it on track as yet so brake performance on track is still an unknown quantity. If fade is an issue wouldn't upgrading the pads and fluid be the first step? I am
guessing that larger diameter (2 piece) rotors + 4 pot calipers would be as far as you would need to go.
