Hm. I'm not sure if you'd get appreciable fade with a four-pot setup on a car this light but that's still very good reasoning. Also just went back over some stuff-- G (think local GT) spec has the same unventilated rear brake discs as RC (the stripper grade), GT and GT Limited (GTS) have the vented rear brakes. G (Local GT) is faster around Tsukuba.
And discs and pads are the only part difference I can find. Calipers maybe, nobody's too specific. Time to find a Japanese parts guide? I think so!
