If there was negligence involved then the company may well help you out to avoid dealing with your insurance company. Depends on how big a stink you want to raise. If you have evidence Talk to your boss and see what they have to say.
I'll review the footage but I believe it was something stacked by one of the forklift guys given its heavy weight.

Not sure if that's enough to hold them liable. I'll definitely check my local parking laws.
