However, the aides in this car, without any sort of VSC Sport/Track mode, do a good job of cutting throttle if you turn in too aggressively, and prevent slides most of the time. VSC Sport in pre-2017 models allow a bit of slide, but otherwise still stop you from going too far.
I have no experience with Track Mode in 2017+ models, but from what I understand, they are far more lenient than VSC Sport, and you can even transplant them into an earlier model if you prefer (just wanted to toss that one out there).

Sadly I have just regular Lancer not the Evo. Impreza was the WRX so it might makes the difference between them.
