I don't have a specific model recommendation, but if you want to do it yourself, I highly recommend looking at
www.crutchfield.com. Their site will tell you exactly what will fit, and what will meet your requirements. They'll also sell you all the bits to make it integrate like an OEM headset. They'll even put the harness together for you for a small charge, and have great customer support after the fact.
I've used them since before the Internet was a thing, for what it's worth.
