I'm looking to E85 flex fuel (zeitronix) tune my Subaru BRZ (i live in Australia for context).

Was just wondering what other mods i could include to pull the most power possible from the motor.

I currently have an invidia r400 catback and borla uel v1 headers. No intake mods at all.

I love the subie rumble (UEL) and know that slightly more power is achievable through the EL headers in different ranges of rpm.

So, what other mods/brands could i include (over pipe/front pipe/cold air intake/drop in filters) to make some solid gains whilst potentially retaining an UEL header.

Any constructive info would be mint,

Cheers.
E85, header, and tune (together) are the only power mods I would consider as power upgrade. If E85 is not convenient, get an FI kit and oil cooler. Everything else is just waste of money.

Engineering design requires tolerances and safety margins. So many people have blown up their engines for getting the maximum power. I don't know how much mileage your 2013 engine has but I wouldn't boost the power of a worn-out engine before rebuilding it.
