All suspension components at that mileage likely are getting tired. Check for maintenance history, especially if you live in an area with bumpy roads. Wheel bearings, struts, the spark plugs as others have mentioned, throw out bearing if it's making some sound. See if it's the original panasonic battery. But most important is the paperwork for maintenance. If they have next to nothing, try to strike a deal with them; like "if you'll do the spark plugs, I'm willing to agree on x price out the door" etc
