You looked underneath at the ground straps?
All right, have you tried booking jumper cables or a jump pack to it? It's possible for it to have enough battery to illuminate the dash and not turn the starter.
If it's a standard car, have you tried having someone push you and then dropping the clutch to pop start it?
Also if manual, make sure there's nothing stopping the clutch pedal from depressing the switch, like a jammed up floor mat.
