Good point about flying tires under hard braking. I don't suppose there are any tie-down points in the back.

BTW, my current tire-transport method is to take the passenger seat out of my track-day Miata and stuff two tires/wheels in the passenger seat footwell, with the remaining two tires/wheels above and behind them. All four are strapped to the car's roll bar. After that, anything will be an improvement.
