Here in Sweden, it's quite uncommon for anyone to be able to haggle when it comes to a brand new car. Like with Scion in the US, Swedish car retailers have fixed prices, but are willing to throw in a few extras (winter tires most commonly). Fixed prices is a good thing if the prices are fairly low to start off with.
And to be honest, Toyotas history pretty much got washed away when they killed off the Celica, MR2 and Supra and at the same time made the Corola hideously ugly.
