Hello, I'm noticing very slow throttle response specifically around 3k when im rev matching. Throttle response is fine at other rpms, higher and lower. I am on the OFT v4.03 tune, i have not touched any tables myself. I uploaded two videos to YT, one showing normal throttle response at other rpms and the sluggish behaviour at 3k
Notice how it starts very very slow and then picks up like normal like the first video.

I tap the pedal to the floor each time in both videos
