Most of my phone calls were with corporate Toyota. most of the time, the answer I'd get is "Well we're waiting for so and so" and I'd say " please document in my ticket that I called today asking for a status update and let them know that I have confirmed that this issue is due to poor workmanship"

With my first engine, the tech was quick to remove all debris so nobody could see. With the second one, the manager didn't give the techs a chance and was there when they took everything apart to see it plugged with RTV.
Take photos of everything, be pushy and ask to see it. It is your car after all.
I sure will do that thank u [emoji120] but were u still under warranty or no? Because in my situation my warranty already expired, so should i still fight for it?
