That was pretty much my experience, although I wasn't aware of any refund period (must be talking about Steam's return policy).

This is what I was greated with when I started it last evening. Even with a 1Gb connection, it was going to take longer than I wanted to sit there. Guess I'll see what it looks like tonight.
