Toyota 0W20 oil is actually really good stuff so I use that at about $5 a quart there's nothing cheaper and nothing better, if I don't have time to get to a Toyota dealer I use Castrol Edge high mileage. I use the Subaru filter because they're only about $7-8 now. A fumoto valve and a flat place and the whole thing takes about 10 minutes and you don't need to jack it up if you have a thin catch pan so the chances of you being seen working on the car in the lot can be pretty slim. Next time you get your oil changed have them replace the drain plug with a Fumoto valve so you can do it easily and quickly yourself after that.
