If a wrap is how you want to cover it, you can get knife-less tape and lay out the lines, apply the wrap, then pull the tape. If the scratch is deep and not smooth the wrap will show it though.
That knife less tape looks awesome. I just watched the 3M info video. If I go that direction, I'll use that. The wrap and tape are cheap enough that if the scratch shows through, I just won't use it.
