I always have an issue with stock seats and a helmet but I'm 6'2" and need room for my legs and torso. He appears like his legs are extended out too rather than simply being in a comfortable position (supposed to be able to depress the clutch with you right foot).

Either that's not his car or he never had an instructor look at his driving position.
Doesn't look too bad. I usually find it more comfortable to set my seat so that I am comfortable with my pedals. For all you know he is long legged.
