I've recently traded in my BRZ, and am thinking that the new one will stay stock. The header was wrapped and used for about three years. Each of the front pipes were also wrapped, and used for approx one year. Both pipes sound very similar to the OEM front pipe. The JDL UQFP was a tad louder than stock, but sounded angrier when WOT --I still had a little rasp when heavy on the throttle between 3.5k-4k rpm. The Fujitsubo pipe may have actually been quieter than the OEM pipe and had ZERO rasp drone... anywhere.
