The all-red has red LED's for both brake & turn while the clear has red for brake & amber for turn.
I ended up getting the all-red because the clear one has an infamous issue of having a visible internal minute component warping when exposed to direct sunlight in the summer. The all red doesn't have this problem because of the tint

Tom's taillights, the V1's... the best ones, there is a USDM and JDM version of both the Clear and Red lens.
Red USDM / Red JDM
Clear USDM / Clear JDM
The internal difference is the JDM does NOT have a small sidemarker bulb behind the reflector on the outer sides. And Japan requires that all turn signals be amber, because theyre smart. So the JDM Toms have Amber LEDs for turn signals.
Side note: If you find a pair of JDM taillights, you will need to switch two of the wires in the plug. Not hard at all.
