I've been having good luck with the Turtle Wax Hybrid ceramic spray on/wipe off stuff over the last 6 months. There's also a wash product that "replenishes" the coating, whenever you wash the car. It's kept water beading on our outdoor kept trucks, in the hot as hell east Texas summer. I've tried all kinds more expensive paint sealers and synthetic waxes over the years, and this stuff works better than anything else, so far. Water beading seems to be the focus on most Youtube channels that test these products. I don't hear much about UV protection, but perhaps the two go together.
