I don't think 195 is nearly enough tire for ~2900 pounds, but a 15x7 et35 could tolerate a 245/50 tire. Less than ideal for a number of reasons though...needs another half inch of width, and the aspect ratio is still too short. A 205/60-15 would be the perfect size for a 15x7, but there's virtually no tires worth having in that size. 16 seems to be the magic size for light weight and tire selection..
