What I would like is the OPTION for a bit more power that is a fully engineered solution with a factory warranty, no issues getting serviced anywhere, and passes emission testing. But it is what I WANT and would buy... even if the price overlapped the low end Supra (which I have no desire to own)
I get it, it’s what you would want or pay for. But the OEM looks across the market and there is not enough people to justify the huge expense. If the current car was 35k it might not sell because of competition. The price point is very important and you can’t get everything at the current price point.
