I'm a forum user going back to the BBS dial-in days, and even ran a couple, but I find zero redeeming value in anything Facebook. I was very excited for it when it first opened up publicly, made a profile, and after less than 3 days, deleted my profile and have never gone back.
That also goes for most of the other (anti)social media platforms. They are all, for the most part, toxic.
