Congrats on your purchase!
IMO, keep the stock tires until you can consistently push them to the limit at AutoX.

To reduce understeer, get "SPC Performance 81305 Camber Bolt" for the front and max them out for negative camber (easy to DIY).
Then go to a decent alignment shop and ask them for zero or slightly negative toe front, 0.05º—0.10º toe in rear on each side.
