I can tell you that we do not have a reflective triangle in the back of the US cars (at least mine doesn't), and the foam inserts around the spare seem to be the same based on your pictures.

Nope just how it came.
The reflective triangle is based on an EU law, and we mainly get European models here....
But nice to know i have a spare mag just in case
